It’s the perfect size to fit a pair of shoes, shower sandals, a change of clothes, and my bag of toiletries. Cant quite fit a full-size towel in there, but I’m working on finding a thinner one to be able to bring that along as well. The construction of the bag is solid and clearly well-made. The zippers and all other hardware are metal and very sturdy. There is one open pocket on the outside that is pretty deep, but there’s no way to secure/close it. There is also a little zippered pocket on the inside that I keep my keys and wallet in while working out. This bag fits perfectly in the vertical position in gym lockers. The shoulder strap is adjustable to a variety of lengths and, while not very padded, it’s strong and able to carry whatever weight you have in your bag.Unless you need a huge gym bag, you like your shoes in a separate compartment, or you like a lot of little pockets, this bag is awesome!
