Thanks again for quality customer service it makes a world of difference. Original Review: I was beyond excited to add this ‘Boston Green’ changing basket to my nursery. It’s just the pop of color I was searching for. Believe me when I say, I searched long and hard for anything not Pink, Blue or boho Tan and White. So, when I came across this particular item I was very excited. We’re expecting baby boy this spring and in the final stages of adding to his nursery. Anyhow, I was unfortunately very disappointed to unpack the item to find a hole in the cover, right along the seam (zipper side). I was unfolding/unpacking the item to let it rest for 24 hours as the directions state and came across this hole in the side of the cover. Very saddened to find this right away. I will say the woven basket feels of good quality and sturdy. Thick and rich in color. As for the white included cover it’s very thin, and obviously not sewn properly.
