Rain water only gets in (minimally) if the ground starts to flood up an little and it finds its way in through the bottom zipper…but it’s not much. No mold or anything. Every morning it's fallen facedown again.** A: you should put a plywood floor (1/2" or 3/4") in it to help stabilize it in addition to staking it in the provided grommets on the ground tabs. That is what I did. **Q: fabric wear: Fabric seems to be failing after about 8 months. Large tears appearing at stress points wind related. Why such a short life ?** A: We have 2 bike tents...one is close to our home in the backyard and the other stands free.
