Started using this with my 8mo. The lid stays tight. She got the hang of the straw pretty quickly ! Very pleased with this cup.

Kid likes sippy cup, but not spill sproof
A good non-plastic option for a sippy cup. Kid likes drinking from the straw and gets more hydrated. But it's not spill-proof and will leak everywhere if turned over. That means that it needs constant supervision.
