However, they are not very waterproof, I have to use water sprays at work and I can visibly feel my socks getting wet while I'm working, and I hate that feeling. Other than that, they are great for abrasion resistance. I work in a warehouse for about 50 hours a week. And I usually go through a cheap ($40-$50) pair of work shoes in 2 months. However, they actually lasted 4 months without breaking down. If you don't care about waterproofness, I think it's still a great pair of shoes. Incredibly comfortable ...... By the way, these shoes are the lightest steel toe shoes I've ever worn, nothing like those heavy safety boots, I didn't think they weighed much different than a normal pair of shoes, I even suspected that their steel toe was not sturdy, but I was wrong, I accidentally smashed my foot while moving boxes last week, yet I didn't feel a thing on my footOverall the shoes are of good quality, comfortable, light and safe, but not waterproof ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great budget lightweight shoe with small issues *by M***T on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2021* The media could not be loaded.  **UPDATE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF HARD USE**The fabric on the front of the shoe has gotten pretty torn up, it's not actually attached to the steel toe part it's more stretched over it so I've closed most of the tears up with super glue (really not a big issue for me I work in a warehouse).The rest of the shoe has seemed to hold up pretty well, I immediately replaced the insoles with the ones I found on Amazon my personal anti-fatigue mat those are excellent.All in all I would still buy the shoe over again, the rest of it has held up well. The sole needs some work, it needs an actual non-slip sole because the shoe has almost caused me to slip a few times on slippery surfaces. I haven't fallen yet but I imagine I'll be pretty ticked off when I do lol.**ORIGINAL REVIEW**I work in a Furniture Warehouse, and I was looking for a lightweight sneaker that was also steel-toed. After some searching I narrowed it down to this brand, and after all is said and done I am glad I went with him.So I've been wearing them for about two months, a little bit of the cloth on the toes seems to be fraying but nothing too major. Everything else on the shoe is intact still.So my biggest gripe with these shoes is the soul. It's made of some kind of high density foam and not like a rubber material, and the grip pattern on the bottom of the shoe is only there for appearance. It seems to wear down completely after a couple months and the shoes will not grip on a smooth surface.In our warehouse we don't deal with a lot of wet slippery surfaces so there have only been a few times where I have slit in these shoes but nothing major.The other issue I have is easily fixable and that is the end soul.
