A: The adhesive is so strong I believe it will even though I did not put my own there.

**Q: What is the diameter of the roll bar and the "head" at the end?**
A: The diameter of the roll bar of the toilet paper holder is 0.75 inch and the “head” at the end is 0.97 inch.

**Q: Has anyone successfully moved this from a painted wall and reattached it, if so how**
A: I had to reattach after the adhesive failed. I used a small screw and drilled a hole thru the base. I was attaching to a wood surface but you could use a drywall insert.
