They feel like quality, though time and the washing machine will be the judge of that. They are a touch longer than I expected and I'm not short (5'6"). The lower part of the high-lo hem hits my ankle, the higher part hits at my lower calf. As I mentioned, they tug a little around my butt where the pockets are, but not so much that they're uncomfortable and look bad and might give a little as I wear them. I was worried that the waist would roll or ride up, but they don't seem to. I'm keeping them, and will probably order another pair or two.
