These have helped bridge the time between eye surgeries, as well as they will cover me for the 1 month settling down time after the surgery. They are fragile, and wouldn't work for long term wear, but for the 5-7 week recovery time they are great. Each eye's lens is easily individually adjustable, although the adjustments are a bit coarse, and need fine tuning occasionally. These glasses can be used for one activity at a time, and then have to be adjusted again for the next activity. Tv, computer, reading, driving, each will need it's own adjustment until the eyes stabilize and you can be fit for the next prescription after surgery.
