NOTE: the orifices are stamped 0.80 [mm]. I bought the NG hose/regulator kit from HD and reamed each grill orifice to the appropriate size for NG. The conversion worked great.When it came time to move house (and lose my outdoor NG plumbing), I converted the grill back to LP. Since I kept the original LP hose/regulator, all I had to do was replace the orifices (yah, that's what he said). NOTE: The NexGrill Portable orifice threads are 5mm!I asked Gas Fitters/Plumbing Suppliers/BBQ stores if they sold orifices; they sent me to NexGrill. I asked NexGrill Parts if they sold orifices; they were ready to sell me two complete valve assemblies @ $24ea.After one attempt at ordering orifices that were UNEF, I figured out that I actually needed 5mm threads, not 6mm, not 32unef... FIVE, COUNT THEM, FIVE MILLIMETER THREAD PITCH! (insert angelic 'ah' here). I used a 1/32" drill bit to achieve that 0.80mm opening (I'm ok with being 0.00625mm undersize). Yes, I wrapped yellow teflon tape around those wee orifices.The snivellers are correct: these are 1/16" shorter than the originals... whoopty do! They fit. They're fine. They're not going to jump out of the bag and install themselves. These worked on my Monument Mesa 5 Burner M405BZ (Lowes) should be the same for model M415BZ. Originals are M5X.75 .9mm.
