Peanut butter always gives me acid reflux for some reason but I dont have that problem with almond butter. I love almond butter on a toasted bagel - one of my "go-to" breakfast meals. I do have to say, though, that even though this says "no stir" there are some times when I get a jar and the oil has accumulated at the top, so I do need to stir it in. But it's not really that big of a deal to me and I don't have to stir it too much to get it all blended in.
