We had it professionally installed.** A: During the installation process, please use high quality pipe elbow with fixed hole and secure it tightly to the wall. **Q: How do I adjust the temperature setting to make it hotter? I can get the red ring inside the valve out but cannot remove the blue ring.** A: Please try to increase the pressure of the hot water. This shower set uses a pressure balance valve. It has anti-scald function. Only both the cold water pressure and hot water pressure are normal, and the pressure difference is not too large, can the shower valve work properly. In addition, in order to prevent burns, the temperature is not allowed to be set too high. **Q: I ordered 3 of these shower systems and all the cartridges came with the hot and cold water reversed.
