The color is a orangish/yellow shade I assume due to Argan Oil added? It advertises "medium hold, high shine" and it is just that.My hair is straight and fine and without any product would be "bowl do city U.S.A.". The texture of this product was super firm which I didn't find to be ideal for my hair because it can weigh it down a little too much. The texture also required a lot of emulsifying to get it to adhere to hair and soften up. I do feel my hair was healthier which I assume was the Argan oil factor.I found this product at a local bargain chain so my price was a steal. While this did work for my hair it wasn't ideal and I'll keep looking since my hair is super challenging. The nice thing was that it did adhere and cover hair pretty well so you didn't find many stray hairs without product adhered to them. And it was super truthful in being "medium hold and high shine".The aroma is very neutral and pleasant. No disgusting cheap cologne smell or anything.
