I purchased this to put in a tack room in ...
I purchased this to put in a tack room in the barn to take care of some mice trying to make my tack room their home. Mice have ruined one of my saddles and chewed on other tack as well. With in a day, the little critters found the bait. They are very tiny mice so I could not see that the bait was chewed until I open up the trap and saw signed of chewing at the base of the bait. I use to see signs of them (droppings, nesting material, digging in the sand around stalls. In a matter of two days, I no longer see any signs of mice. I also have not found any dead mice in the barn. Whether the bait killed them or just drove them away...It doesn't matter. My tack is safe.

It worked twice
We had this from a friend and it seemed to work. Nice are sneaky. So I bought these to have on hand. Seems to work as bait. Still have mice coming back, use these when it becomes obvious. I’d recommend.

Great product
We live out in the ranch around other open land. Sometimes we do have rat problems that crawl up our attic. What I do is put gloves on and semi crush the cubes into smaller pieces and just throw them around the attic. They work quickly as long as the rats get to it. One thing you really have to be very careful is if you have pets DO NOT leave any bowls of water where the rats can have access to drink the water. This poison gets the rats thirsty so that’s the first thing they look for . They start suffocating and exit the house faster, according to what I read and have experienced.

Prevention is everything.
We have used these, since spring, with great success. In the greenhouse adjacent to our house -- technically part of our house -- the mice had been eating complete flats of seedlings as if they were "micro greens." Tomcat stopped the invasion, saved all subsequent sowings. We have been replacing disposable bait traps with refillable because refillable traps are more economical and put fewer plastic products in the waste stream. The rodents rarely die in the traps. All alternatives to poison are impractical and imprudent because where we live, in a semi-rural area near the foothills of the Rockies, there always is a danger of bacterial and viral diseases that are lethal to cats, dogs, and people. We also use Tomcat traps in ourm home too. A tip: Before we refill them, we wash the traps with Dial antibacterial soap, always with gloves on our hands, and let them air-dry thoroughly before we add the bait sticks and close them securely. Opening the traps might seem tricky, but remember that children and pets seem to have more determination than we do.

Be careful when handling this poison, it will harm your dog
I purchased this poison to install with their plastic mouse trap. When loading the mouse trap with this poison, it broke and a small amount landed on the floor and out of nowhere my dog ate a very small amount. We immediately took our sweet dog to the vet and had her examined for poison. Our dog was saved but be careful when handling this poison, it will harm your dog. I would recommend another brand of electric battery mouse trap that is more effective and much less dangerous.
