The towel shipped from Colorado-Kansas City-Georgia-California-Kentucky-Indiana-back to Kentucky-Ohio and then to the address given. But it arrived before Christmas and everyone is happy.

Excellent quality and customer service. I ordered three personalized towels and one of the names was put on two towels and a name was left out. I contacted Lillian Vernon as soon as I discovered the mistake and they responded within a few minutes and had a corrected towel in the mail that day! Very pleased customer!
