My hands were cracked and painful as the blisters dried and peeled. My feet were also affected, but didn't peel as badly as my hands.Within a couple of days of the blisters drying up, I ordered this product and is arrived ontime. I started using the cream right away and it is not your average lotion. It's very creamy as it goes on, but it dries quickly without any greasiness. When I wash my hands after hours of wear, I notice the lotion is still on my hands.I've used the gloves at night for just over a week now and they work wonderfully. They feel a little strange to get on and my hands feel almost sweaty and gross when I take them off in the morning, but they aren't pruny and after a good wash of my hands they feel great. My hands have almost finished peeling and they look leagues better than they did.I had noticed that the heel socks weren't in the package when I opened it, but my feets weren't nearly as bad as my hands were, so I figured I'd try the product for a day or two before notifying the company before I bother with customer service. Within a few days of my order arriving, Russ with Bodiance actually contacted me to inquire if anything was missing from my package! I meantioned the missing heel socks and right away I heard a reply back that my socks would be in the mail. They arrived two days later, along with a nice handwritten note from Russ. He even included an extra pair of heel socks and a very nice pumice stone on a rope for the inconvenience. I'm always impressed when a company goes above and beyond to correct their mistakes. I'm just using the heel socks right now and they are very comfy and fit well.My last piece of advice though? Turn the gloves inside out for a few hours every day or two to let the air out a bit!
