This is a fantastic knife. Great edge retention, sturdy blade. I don't have to worry about chipping the tip or edge as much as I have with other knifes. Also, it's really comfortable. The blade is just the right width, and just the right weight to take on tough jobs like breaking down whole tuna or grouper, or cutting through dense vegetables. It's got what I want in a knife. Only thing is it's just the slightest bit handle heavy. Not by much. But if I could change one thing it would be that.
