This has been one of the better products I've tried for my muscle pain due to myofascial pain syndrome in my neck and shoulders and fibromyalgia pain that tends to hang out in my hips. No side effects. Brings pain down about 20%, so from a 6 to a 4 on the traditional pain scale. This is worth it to me. I got best results using it regularly versus as needed.

My nutritionist suggested this product a few years ago.Since then I have been taking it. I must say this product really works for me. I used to have hard time sleeping or relax after my intense dance workout at night.It helps me calm down emotionally and physically as if I didn’t exercise. I sleep really Well. Next day my body is not too sore. Of courses I do stretches as well, but this is a great product. No side effect either.Highly recommended!!

This seems to be helping relieve my intense calf muscle cramping. I take two each night before bed along with 6 ounces of tonic water. This has been a great alternative to prescriptions that were making me very sick. My pharmacist recommended this so I thought it was worth trying. I just ordered another bottle.
