The carrier is just as shown and it fits my adult 10 lbs. cat comfortably and easily. My cat is extremely nervous and hates the plastic pet taxi I used to put him in to travel. He will absolutely refuse to go near it, but as soon as I set up this Carrier he went inside the bag and laid in like it was the greatest bed he's ever seen. So I am pleased that he really likes it.The carrier has a ring to clip a leach inside; a large viewing window on the back (does not open); a small viewing window on the front (opens with a zipper, very nice to reach in and touch or feed the cat/dog without having to open the sides). Both sides open with zippers (one side opens fully so that the animal can go in and out easily, and the other side only opens halfway). My favorite part is how both side zippers come with a little security clip that keeps the zipper from opening unless you unlatch the clip. It comes with a very comfy feeling fleece bed that has two long strips of Velcro on the bottom that easily attaches to the bottom of the bag to keep the bed in place. There is also a shoulder strap that was included with the bag. It also has a small pocket on the front as well as a see-through plastic tag for your pet's name and your contact info. It came with no paper to write on but that is an easy fix.The carrier looks sturdy enough but my only concern is that it withstands my cat's tendency to chew on everything that crosses his path. Sleepypod seems like a great idea but looks so uncomfortable to carry around. My 4-month-old kitten likes the Innopaw carrier. I can use the luggage straps to attach it to my car seat belt for safe transportation. It's not marked with anything loudly proclaiming "animal inside!" so I can take her into stores incognito. I like that it was only $25 so if she outgrows it, it wouldn't be a huge loss. Still, the reviews suggest it would accommodate cats up to 12 lbs. so I have a fair chance.The only negative is that it collapses rather easily. It's fine and remains in shape with her inside.
