First time I used it, I was told that the audio was going in and out. I also had to make some settings changes to get the audio to play through the HDMI connection. I tried making several audio changes but the sound was still going in and out. I ended up switching back to my old laptop. So having a new laptop that did not meet my needs, I decided to return it. This seller charges a 10% restocking fee (that's almost $60) as well as you have to pay the return postage.
