But I do really like it! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great replacement for my old kitchen dispenser! *by G***S on Reviewed in the United States on February 17, 2017* So....At my kitchen sink, I used to have one of those small simple pull-top plastic squeeze bottles in an opaque black color which I was happy with. Lately it would keep sliding closed and was becoming a pain to use. Figuring since I had it for years it was just wearing out, I searched everywhere for a replacement but couldn't find one anywhere. In my search, I found the "Flow" and by description it sounded like it would be perfect as a replacement, no top to worry about clogging and slipping closed! I have been using my new "Flow" for a while now and I really love it! It is very convenient to use, and even looks nice at my sink as it blends in nicely with my black granite and a chrome faucet. The reason I did not give this item 5 stars is that it is a bit hard to fill because you cannot see the level of liquid going in. Also, depending on the source of your liquid soap container you are filling it with, it may be messy to pour into the narrow opening on the "Flow" and you need a very steady hand. Also, and it might just be on mine, but during use I noticed that soap leaks out and accumulates under the bottom of the twist on cap. Because of this I tried to tighten it on and the whole silver part of the top popped off. In all fairness though, I did use a lot of force, guess it was a bit too much. Anyway, to fix it, I just used a little rubber cement, let it dry over night and it seems to be holding it in place so far and its been several weeks now since that happened. To explain that a little further, the silver cap part is like a sleeve that fits over another piece that matches the color of the bottom part so even if I couldn't get it to stay on, the screw on top is still usable and just lacking the silver cover part so it would be all one color. I was actually debating to just leave it off, but it does make the top part look smaller without it. Anyway, I've been able to open and close the top now again without the silver sleeve part coming off anymore but I still get a little bit of leakage. Not a deal breaker though. Just wanted to mention what I experienced. It would also be great it the containers were opaque so that you could actually see through it while filling. Over all, I really like the "Flow" and I would purchase it again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars This is a 10 of 10 product if you do what I say *by J***K on Reviewed in the United States on September 23, 2020* If you think about it, a pump device on your countertop might be stainless or white and really pretty, but trying to get through the dishes fast is a waste of time. Yes, some people just put everything in the dishwasher so who cares, but for those of us who like the dishwasher after dinners of 4-10 people, whats the point if its just two of you. That leads us to quickly hand washing meals for 1 or 2 people. With that said, the pumps are torture. Why not get the pleasure of squirting dish soap onto every pan, plate, goblet and drinking glass in one sweeping shot. Hit them all then attack them with scrubbing brush and water, and you're done in four minutes. This dispenser makes it a one fast handed maneuver vs two handed nightmare.But there is a trick to making this work for you. Ignore the microscopic funnel they provide because it will take 2-3 years to pour Dawn dish soap (the only one to use) into the funnel and have it drain into the squeezable bulb. If the company providing this product had any marketing brains, they'd show a video of how to use Talenti Ice Cream jars to fill the dispensers in 10 seconds. Those jars (or any jar) are awesome because you squirt a half inch of pure dish soap into them (gather 3-5 of them under the sink for this job), then fill the rest of the jar with water to dilute the concentrated blue soap. Then when your squirt dispenser is empty, you just grab a jar and squeeze your dispenser flat, stick it in the jar upside down, and suction fills the thing to 75%. You can stop there, or squeeze out the 25% of air, and drown it in the jar again and its 100% full. Now go buy another of these squeezable sex toy looking soap dispensers, and you have two, one by the sink and one under your sink in full ready mode, or ready to refill with the Telenti containers sitting there ready to go. You can brag to guests about how awesome the entire system works, and they can tease you about what else they can be used for. Sorry, but we hear that every weekend when guests arrive or help with dishes. It makes it funny and the stories are great and the dishes disappear into the cupboards. I had planned on returning it but found out I hadn't picked something with free Prime returns. The company had to contact me to handle the request. Which they did, very promptly, but only addressed the funnel issue. Seems the silver cap twists off (hmm, instructions would have been useful). When you do, the little funnel does fit. HOWEVER, it still has design issues. The screw top is on a slight angle--just enough that the funnel doesn't set level, so when you start filling it, the soap starts to shift. You have to be very careful or it will pour out over the edge. Also, the funnel mouth could actually have been a bit larger--it is SO small that dish detergent takes forever to trickle in. And now a new issue--you can't see when its starting to get full, just have to guess by weight. I used a skewer to test the level, and when it was as full as I wanted, I weighed it. It holds just at 300 g of liquid dish soap. It would have been better if the bottom went straight down rather than the slight tear drop design--I suspect it will be easy to turn over if you bump it. And it still isn't very big for what you pay--I'd send it back, but I figure the shipping would be at least half the cost so will just chalk this up to "Pay attention when you order something."FIrst off, this is MUCH smaller than I expected, that wouldn't be too much of an issue except--that nifty little funnel it comes with? IT DOESN"T FIT. The mouth of the bottle is too small so the funnel wont seat in it, moreover the funnel has an angled cut, so it's going to get dish washing liquid everywhere. That's assuming you can use it all--you'd have to have 4 hands, two to hold the funnel, and two to manage those economy size containers of detergent. One last thing I don't like, there's no cap, so if you knock it over and don't notice, it's going to leak everywhere.
