It was recommended by my hospital OT who says that her patients prefer it over other sports tape (kinesio-tape) type brands, and I can see why - sticks better, more durable, better stretch, and less hard on the skin. I have somewhat fragile skin that tears easily and this tape so far rarely leaves a mark even after a week on the skin.
