Delsey replaced my bag when I told them what happened. Accountability and customer service is just as important as the product itself. This bag gets pretty beat up between airlines and Manhattan street travel. I would buy again and am leaving my whole experience on here incase it helps anyone. The zipper works smoothly and the quality is good. I used it for a 3 week vacation overseas. One awesome feature on the larger of these suitcases is the handle on the front.
