Total Toys Baja Beast Radio Control R/c Car

I bought this car for my son who enjoyed it for about 25 minutes. He unfortunately drove it into the sidewalk and snapped the right front steering connector. (Seems like a very poor design for the price of the car).Anyhow, I have been trying to get a new one from Maisto. There is no contact number on their website and I have submitted two requests through their support website portal an no one has contacted me.So while the car is fun, the accident my son had is not unlikely for a 9 year old, and renders the car completely useless. There is no customer service, so I recommend buying a different brand that has real customer service.

This was a gift for our 8 year old son and it worked well out of the box. However, a week or so later it was not steering properly. I contacted Maisto Customer Service directly and they tried to trouble shoot over email but when none of their suggestions worked, they said I could return it and they would see if it could be fixed. It was a bit inconvenient to have to return it but they did find a steering issue that they could fix and did so under the 30 day warranty. We received it back in a few days and it has worked well since then.

Wicked fast and lots of fun! I have crashed my car so many times right straight into the curb and it just bounces off and keeps on going.

I ordered one it it was delivered with non functioning steering,kids very upset,i returned it and figured it was isolated event because reviews were positive for this item. I reordered a second car which completely died after 10 minutes of use. needless to say I also returned it, don't waste your time with this one

Battery life was around 20 mins for the first run. It climbed hills and dug it out of sandpits. The range was only about 30 feet. Using it with my 3 year old and it works fine and is not dangerous.

This is great for my 8 year old, it has the speed and fun but it has the ease to control for him. A great starter RC car shoot I even enjoy it. Great buy..

My husband bought this for our 6 year old for his birthday and it is awesome. It's HUGE. It's probably the size of a small dog. Not small as in Chihuahua, but small as in Corgi. It runs really well, has good speed, good handling, easy to navigate with. It was worth the money. I'm not sure how durable it is since my son hasn't been let loose on it (his birthday isn't for another week, so he can't have it yet). I just tested it out for him. Let me say this. I tested it and would LOVE to keep it for myself. lol It's that awesome.
