Good taste, not too earthy, and easily disappeared into a glass of water. Ordered it again in June 2018 and I am very disappointed. It is lacking the Black Cherry flavor and tastes even more earthy than normal beet juice. The grind isn't nearly as fine this time - it makes the drink grainy, with a sandy-like coating on your tongue and mouth. I couldn't finish drinking a glass as I started gagging on the sandiness. Tried again, same thing. Had a little bit of the previous powder still in the jar, and can visibly see that the powder from January is much more fine, like talcum powder, and now it's like sand.
