I have a hard time converting ml to ounces. However, let me tell you that the product itself is not that great. It dosen't taste any different from regular minced onion. It is certainly not worth the price that Amazon is charging. You can find it in the grocery store for less than half the price Amazon charges. **Q: What is the shelf life of this product?** A: The jars have no date on them, but it’s been many months since I got the jar I am using, & it still has a nice onion flavor, no noticeable decline. Only thing I notice is that once I have opened a jar, which are glass, is the onion pieces slightly clinging together, but I live in the Deep South with high humidity.
