Cutting the cord..then you will like this
It's like adding internet to your t.v. for live streaming or any of those other apps you may use. I prefer this over my fire stick, appears to be an easier user interface. My only issue is that comcast will not let me use their app on this device because it is not a tablet or phone. This is a comcast thing hence why I am another step closer to cutting cord

Something is wrong
Hooked it up, powered it up and a hour later I STILL see the nexsmart logo still. No reply from seller. Unplugged and plugged in and still only logo showing after another half hour wait. No reply from seller. Don't buy this or from the seller because they are both a dud.

For knowledgeable people only. If you are good with electronics then this box is for you. These android boxes are much more better then the tv sticks.
