Packaging all sealed perfectly. Seat came separately 7 days later. Instruction book was not written specifically for this one scooter but to cover the various scooters they manufacture. So I’ve had to contact the seller for specific details about mine. But the tool kit is top notch! The seller has been very helpful! Quick to respond.This scooter has features that are new to me, (I have a smaller 800 watt scooter too). The new features are cruise control, eco or turbo power, single or dual battery power. I have only experienced the turbo dual by accident. And let me tell you, no joke, it nearly bucked me off like a bucking bronco! That got my heart pumping!🤣 Ya gotta know about those buttons first of all! Once I got it on single eco, I could get my confidence to ride it back. People assume it is a kids toy! Goes about 30 mph tops! They have no idea!Took it on the road a bit in the single battery 3rd gear mode. It can fly! Hooked up my bike’s cargo trailer under the seat and did my grocery shopping at ALDIs! Brought it right into the store, parked it, did my shopping, and loaded without bags right into my cargo trailer (does not come with the scooter. Bought mine years ago for my bike).Handles super well! Those tires make a huge difference! That beast can take on going over fallen small tree limbs, potholes, really off road conditions like nobody’s business! It kept me upright in all those various situations which would have made me fall with the other scooters not built as this one is built!The horn! Wow! Brought my neighbors out of their houses when I used it. I think of it like what you’d have from a 16 wheeler coming through. You can probably hear it a mile away!The lights! Super luminous! Haven’t tried it at night yet, but it will do the job and then some!Have two battery ports for charging, and it came with almost a full charge to begin with so I could be up and riding it about straight out of the box!Takes about 9 hours to charge fully, but I charge after each use, cause I ride it at top gear. Having two scooters would ensure you would always have a ready to ride scooter fully charged.The brakes work well, slightly locking to a skid, but better that than not.I’m 5’5 and to ensure my feet are planted on the ground on both sides, I lowered the seat. So the handle bars are higher up, like what you could imagine a Harley Chopper would be like to ride. The bike is taller than my 800 watt scooter. I name my scooters. The 800 watt scooter is “Zippy”. This 5600 watt Beast is “Poof”. Explanation not needed.The enjoyment of riding this scooter goes so far beyond the utilitarian uses I bought it to replace a car, doesn’t completely do that, but it comes darn close with being able to fold it for transport in an Uber or Lyft. (I’ve not tried this yet, but looking to try it sometime soon.). This would then complete the need to buy another car, as I see it, as my current status is stay at home.I love the freedom it gives. Like unbuckling the harness of conventional and saying yes to “catch me if you can!”Buy, buy, buy it!
