It arrived in a drawstring vinyl storage bag, which is a nice thing to have if I ever need to take the cover off and stash it somewhere (I bought this mainly for long-ish term covered storage of a bike that is not used very often.) The quality is decent and the reflective strip on the side is also a nice feature. It's a little oversized for my scooter but nothing a few zip ties to cinch it down can't handle, and the buckle strap that secures the cover underneath the scooter feels strong. Knocking off a star because there are some small stitching holes visible when the cover is held up to the light - nothing major, but enough to make me think this won't be 100% waterproof in a moderate to heavy storm. And only time will tell whether the material, which is on the thin side, will hold up to the elements.
