Customer service was actually right on there A Game give them 5 stars and a thank you very much. I did have some bags tare on me underneath the bottom of the bags in the creases both the 3 lb all in one and the 5lb bulk substrate. Also you should use your bags right away once recieved try to use in 3 to 5 days max really with in 24hrs as they have already been threw shipping. They work really good with ryeberry . I did have verified contaminated bags after checking all cultures prior to innovulation so its likely the contamination was a result of failed sterilization prior to shipping or the 2 week delay after i recieved them prior to innoculating the fault could be mine in that i simply didnt know as much as i thought i did its very possible i needed more imformation.
