You could also download the Alexa app onto said device and use voice options via this. Hope this helps **Q: Are you able to set schedules with this device? I'm seeing mixed reports.** A: If you use it in combination with Alexa, yes. I have created Alexa Routines which open the blinds at a specific time in the morning on weekdays, for example, and a separate one which opens them slightly later at weekends. I’m sure the same is possible with Google’s voice assistant. **Q: Anyone got this working with Homebridge? If so, which plugin?** A: As I found out, the Connectivity kit doesn't work with HomeKit. You need the Tahoma Switch to do that. I complained to Tahoma, but the said their website is accurate. What their website lacks is a checklist comparing the features of the Connectivity kit with the Switch. Don't think it's something I need anyway. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product *by D***N on 3 October 2025* Excellent - easy to set up I’ve linked to Google home app so my blinds now close and open at sunset and sunrise Just connect to WiFi, add your blinds or other devices , connect to Google and you’re done ! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good but challenging setup with Somfy Rollixo RTS (UK) *by J***H on 1 October 2023* Bought this to automate my garage door (Somfy Rollixo RTS) and integrate with Alexa. Setup process proved challenging because the "prog" light on my Rollixo would not stay on but unclear if this is an issue with my own unit. Workaround - Follow instructions to add a new key by holding the two outer buttons on an existing key then hold the open/close button. This makes the receiver look for a new key ("Prog" light will show solid red) but this also worked for adding Tahoma if I added the device via the Tahoma app whilst still holding the open/close button on the key and the light was still red (previously it said the device was added but the door was unresponsive via the app). Setup issues aside, this appears to work well once setup with both the Tahoma app and Alexa. I can't seem to get the Tahoma Android widget to work, but this isn't a deal-breaker for me.
