**Q: It says it can cut stainless steel, what cutting wheel is in this?**
A: It can cut stainless steel pipe, the cutting wheel is a hardened steel alloy.

**Q: can I cut a galvanised mild steel conduit? 20mm or 25mm.**
A: I have used mine to cut some galv steel air pipes, but it is not as powerful as the industrial ones, so you would need to take it steady. It is great for cutting a pipe in tight spaces. I use it mainly for small aluminium pipes.

**Q: Does this cut 22mm pipe size**
A: As stated in the description, it cuts pipe from 5mm to 50mm outside diameter. So yes it can cut 22mm pipe depending on its material and 2all thickness.

**Q: Would this cut a scaffold tube?**
A: I very much doudt it .It struggled to cut 41 mm x3mm wall Aluminium tube requiring regular oiling and the cutting wheel ran off line .
Better using a mini angle grinder with diamond tipped disc

I use these for alloy handlebars and steerer tubes on forks. Really good, clean cut. The reamer is a nice freebie.

I found this pipe cutter easy to use, easy to position accurately and its compact design allows it to be used in confined spaces. I needed to cut into an existing 28mm primary circuit in copper and this tool was perfect for the job. The cutting wheel is firmly located allowing no lateral movement, and the opposed supporting bearings are in a broad housing and rotate freely and smoothly. It's only a pipe cutter, but the design and engineering of it has been given careful and effective thought. The deburring tool it comes with works very well too.

I've not used this a great deal as plumbing isn't my primary trade but I'm currently lending a hand to a heating engineer.Deals with 42, 54 and 67mm copper flawlessly for a great deal cheaper than a rothenburg or similar branded equivalent.There is no quick slide action that some cutters have but the adjustment wheel.spins freely and adjustment really doesn't take long at all.I won't guess at reliability but so far so good.
