I play tennis so I often have foot pains in my heels, arch and ball of my feet. Since I started using these, my pain has drastically decreased and the blood flow to my feet has gotten better. I put them on in the evenings while watching tv and the warmth creates a relaxing experience. Even my husband (he's a runner) recently started using them and has seen a huge improvement on his foot pains! They are lightweight and fold away compactly and come with both a USB and a regular plug-in, so you can travel with them easily and plug in anywhere. ### ⭐ Quit working after first use *by D***M on May 16, 2022* I really liked these the first time I used them. The second time they worked for like 5 seconds and then just started blinking and got SUPER hot. Unplugged them and plugged them back in. Didn't even hit the power button and just got everything blinking still.
