It was recommended by my hospital OT who says that her patients prefer it over other sports tape (kinesio-tape) type brands, and I can see why - sticks better, more durable, better stretch, and less hard on the skin. I have somewhat fragile skin that tears easily and this tape so far rarely leaves a mark even after a week on the skin. Do recommend shaving where you're going to apply it first to make it less painful to remove, though, as with all tape! Review: This works ok for chest binding however it’s not that stretchy so it’s not as comfortable as the tattoo nude version. It sticks quite well and it comes off quite well (as long as you soak it). Would highly recommend for anyone dealing with endometriosis! The other tapes always come off so quickly after showering or taking clothes on and off.
