I have hooded eyes and every single mascara I have gotten before that claims to be waterproof has always given me racoon eyes. NOTHING has ever worked like this one! I never ever see any smudging on my eyelids considering my eyelashes touch my eyelids. I rub it off gently with a little damp cloth at night and it's off. I highly recommend this.
