But for those reasons they recommend dose ends up being 5 or more pills as the are 500 mg’s or 1/2 a gram. Being said I noticed a big difference within a few days. (Started with one & worked my way up, With just 1 gram I could tell a difference already). I love this brand and they’ve never let me down. I won’t buy any supplement or essential oil if I don’t trust the brand. NOW also has essential oils and they have my trust as a company, always high quality, so I’m sorry to deduct a Star (& it’s partially my fault because I didn’t pay attention to the mg’s compared to where I needed to be to see the benefit I was seeking.
