It did not work as we expected. My husband started using shredder oil. I learned how to set the paper in hight and to seperate papers more. I love this shredder now. We have done 3 lawn bags of papers in no time. Keeping it and happy to do it. Thanks!Great job for the money. Quiet and easy to use once you figure it out. Did not have proble.s with over heating.
