PPE delivers a fantastic product. Install was a breeze, about fifteen minutes. Tighten to 75 ft lbs. Make sure your engine is cold, I have heard of people stripping out the factory valve upon removal. I have attached my factory part next to the PPE plug. I swapped my factory valve out because my truck ran terrible while pulling my fifth wheel trailer (28FT) and 7400lbs empty. The truck had zero power pulling, so hopefully it was a fuel rail pressure problem. Otherwise I’m back at square one. Make sure to prime your fuel system after install. PPE including fantastic instructions if you’re not sure what you’re doing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy 30-45 minute fix for diesel P0087 CEL code *by T***R on Reviewed in the United States on December 17, 2020* I replaced my OEM high pressure side regulator valve on my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 6.6 LBZ. This is the first time replacing this and it took me 50 minutes from the time I turned the truck off until the time I re-started the truck. Now that I've done this, I'm certain I could do this in 30 minutes. The hardest part was pulling the retainer clip back to relase the large relay on the glow plug controller.
