Yes, the ice bucket is small, but I knew that when I purchased the item. It is nice looking and was well received. The ice bucket is good for a gathering of two to three couples, beyond that one would want a larger ice bucket. I wish the description of the products would have included the size of the shaker and ice bucket. Both are rather small, especially the ice bucket. It probably won't work to chill a bottle as once the bottle is in the bucket there wouldn't be much room for the ice. The shaker is probably 14 to 16 oz. at the most. Overall it's a good set and the compny does a nice job of followup after you recieve the item, that is why I gave it 5 stars.
