I never drink enough water. A standard bottle of water can be enough to keep me going for days. I've been actively trying to change that and hydrate myself like a proper human, but I know I was still falling short.This bottle is amazing! It lights up to remind you to take a drink (you can change the color of the lights which is cool). The app that works with the bottle is really nice. It shows what level of hydration you should be at throughout the day vs how much water you have actually consumed. Today I was almost twice as far ahead as I was expected to be! It really works well to influence me to drink more. And I feel like the more water I drink, the more water i want to drink! Plus if you have a friend that gets one, you can be friends in the app and virtually compare your water consumption which adds to the motivation to keep hydrated.

So I had one of the hydrate sparks three Loved it still havebut when I came across this one I could not pass up the idea, It is become my favorite water bottle to use for keep it hydrated. And my daughter loves it, she tries to steal it.
