I used to fight putting a new bag in and taking it out. Not with this baby....It is so easy to change bags now. I like how far the lid opens and how you can lock it wide open. Closes slowly and quietly. Very sturdy and we'll made. My one complaint is it does slide on the floor so I will have to find something to stop it from sliding. Not a game changer though. I also like the option to pop in and an air freshener. I use a cotton round with some drops of essential oil and it works well. Several reviews complained that they weren't included but no where in the description did it say they were.
