## Description

Memoir 44: Winter War is an expansion for the Memoir 44 board game. Includes 114 new troop cards with everything needed to battle in the rugged, coldest winter battles of all war. REQUIRES THE BASE SET TO PLAY.

Review: As I go through the scenarios I find this is probably the second most called for expansion to the game. The first being the Winter/Desert map. There is an amazing amount of terrain in this pack and some more real good scenarios. As a person who has played many war games over too many decades, I find this system to not only be good between veteran players, but ideal for teaching younger players. Definitely an excellent investment for the money.
Review: When I got this it came in quite badly damaged. The pieces were fine, all accounted for. However, the box was practically falling apart on the sides, they were ripping and would not have lasted for much longer. The plastic container that held the pieces was also damaged on a corner, the plastic was broken. Honestly, it was as if someone had sat on it, the sides were quite squished looking, ( I am pretty certain that someone had sat down on it). As a result desertcart sent me a replacement. Unfortunately it also came damaged. The side was torn at the corner. Luckily I was able to tape it and I decided to keep it. Still, I would like to highlight that the box was of poor quality and could be easily damaged if not taken care of. Over all I had a good experience with the overall product (pieces) and it was very fun to see and play with it. The artwork for the hexes and cards were amazing. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to enhance their Memior 44 experience.

As I go through the scenarios I find this is probably the second most called for expansion to the game. The first being the Winter/Desert map.
