Didn't have huge expectations, but I was pretty impressive with the output, way better than I thought a $40 dollar laser would. It doesn't have great output for looking good in haze/fog but on its own it fills a small dance floor without issue. I'm not a huge fan of the "dot" laser, which is common on all low end lasers. The sound activation has a few different settings, something rare on cheaper lasers, and welcomed.
