The memory foam pillows are too firm and too hot. My wife has had this pillow for over 5 years and loves it. So when I , regrettably, had to get a CPAP machine, I bought one too. It's very comfortable.Only thing is that if you want it quickly, buy from another company. This one sent it the cheapest,slowest possible way.
