But the new one seemed to be a bit of a lower quality or they changed material. This wheel cover works well on cars that have thick steering wheels like my 9th gen Honda civic. I also have a 1995 Ford ranger and this wheel cover is too wide on it but still works ok just not a snug fit. In other words it fits but has loose sides. Looks great tho. No unnecessary ridges or designs. Slip resistance is great. The old cover from this company never shifted and I am picky about my line alignment. I don't feel that it's too thick but I have large hands.
