But I was afraid because the other three might be hard to adjust to because they were too hard to swallow and other issues. But the powder sounded OK and it turns out it was. I mix it with a small amount of juice in a container and then add the rest of the glass of juice and shake it well and vigorously while i does not dissolve like the popular brands, it is easy and pleasant to get down and easily tolerated because I drink lots of water knowing that without the liquid any fiber supplement can be dangerous. So far I have been most pleased with the firm stools and not having to use lots of tissue afterward, which I did with the others. And the stools are not TOO firm either because that can be a problem. Also the gas expelled usually late in the day is GAS and no surprises which could occur with the others.
