Especially those of us used to skating on ice... With so many rinks closed, I bought a pair of rollerblades, but wanted the fell of my Easton ice hockey stick and didnt want to buy one for the street. Asphalt and concrete will absolutely tear up the blade on your $200 stick. The blade wrap is perfect to protect your blade and still have the feeling of the street puck on your stick. I dont see wearing through this thing for a long time. You will have to reapply stick tape maybe every other time you play, as the surface you are playing on will quickly wear out the tape on the bottom.
