Weather in tilts or not has the standard tube it will fit. **Q: Does it fit Proform 500 spx?** A: I installed this on a mountain bike with the frame rail mount, unsure of a pro form 500. **Q: Will this fit the Schwinn IC4 exercise bike?** A: I would say yes can't imagine why this would not be a standard fit **Q: Is there a way to tighten the seat tilt position in one place? The seat is great but tilts up and down on its own.** A: I tightened my seat cushion until it was fairly tight. I got on the seat and adjusted the tilt until it was comfortable riding and then I used a ratchet to tighten the seat until it would not move. No turning and no squeaks.
