After testing and looking over the pump, it was clear that the pump had been used before and was not new. So I plugged it in to see if it worked. Not surprised to find that the pump did not work, pumped for 10 seconds at a high rate and then down to almost nothing, even on full power. So carried out a return of the product. After a wait for the pump to be shipped to the UK, opened the box to find the hose connectors missing, pump was brand new and still wrapped up the pump did have a 90 degree inlet end that was not mentioned in the spec.
