I have super sensitive skin and my nose piercing was rashy post using brass base metal nose pin. Within a couple of days post i changed into this ring my piercing healed completely. I use facewash, cleanser, face scrub, every single face pack, every products everyday several times..but the finish, the shine of this material didn't damage 1%, which is again a quality of authentic sterling silver. Just make sure u clean every sterling silver jewellery by rubbing a bit of toothpaste / ritha phal every once in a while, as every silver jewellery tends to oxidise a bit while being constantly used and may look a shade darker.
