The courier went out of their way to buy bubble wrap and a box big enough to fit my fishing rod in order to send it to Jamaica. It took SOOOOOO LONG to come because of the inconvenience. All I wanted was my item but desertcart customer service wasn’t helpful. I now have it and it works really well. I love the ugly stik. You can definitely get the item. It’s worth the cost.
